Hot Springs Fire Department Lt. Jared Hawthorn gathers up equipment firefighters used to extinguish a burning 2018 Ford F-150 after it was involved in a collision with two other trucks at around 2 p.m. Thursday in the westbound lane of the King Expressway at Higdon Ferry Road. Hot Springs police Cpl. Joey Williams said one truck rear-ended another, causing a chain reaction. The Ford, which was in the middle, was forced up onto the concrete barrier where it later caught fire. No one was injured in the wreck, which temporarily shut down the expressway in that area.
