Local students named to UALR spring 2018 chancellor's list

LITTLE ROCK -- The University of Arkansas at Little Rock announced its spring 2018 chancellor's list, recognizing students with superior academic performance in a semester.

Eleven local students made the spring 2018 chancellor's list:

BONNERDALE

Lexington Cowart, majoring in Social Work.

HOT SPRINGS

Jennifer Brizo, majoring in Criminal Justice.

Mirah Dievernich, majoring in Nursing.

Rebecca Nganou, majoring in Social Work.

Cristina Puckett, majoring in Social Work.

Emily Rusher, majoring in Social Work.

Laura Tapley, majoring in Social Work.

HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE

Joseph Fischer, majoring in Mass Communications.

MALVERN

Colton Williams, majoring in Computer Science.

PEARCY

Elizabeth Hale, majoring in Social Work.

ROYAL

Vanessa Sampson, majoring in Social Work.

To be named to the UA Little Rock chancellor's list, a student must have completed at least nine credit hours with a grade of A, B, C or "credit," and maintained at least a 3.9 grade-point average. In addition, the student must not have received a grade of D, F, I or "no credit."
