4-H state officer


Jazzlan Rudd, left, was recently elected as the 2017-2018 4-H vice president of the Ouachita District. She is the first 4-H state officer elected from Garland County in the past six years. Rudd will represent 25 counties as she works with other state officers to help plan and lead various Arkansas 4-H program activities for the coming year. Locally, she is a member of the Creative Clovers Club, Garland Gunners and Garland County Teen Leaders. With her is state 4-H President Alice Cole.
